I have a double room available in a beautiful two-bedroom flat, located in North Cambridge - a convenient location for the Science Park, Cambridge North train station, and easy access to the A14.

It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with an open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining room. It’s on the 1st floor of a gated residential area. There’s a secure bike lock-up that you’re welcome to use if you have one. There’s also one private parking space inside the gate that I’m currently using, but on-street parking is never an issue if you have a car.

Your room is a cozy double, fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, work table and a chair. The rest of the flat is fully furnished with a sofa, kitchen table, and all essential white goods. You’ll have shared access to the bathroom, kitchen, and living room.

All bills are included in the rent (water, council tax, gas/electricity, Sky Broadband, and TV).

A bit about me:
I’m a software professional, commuting to the office two days a week and working from home the rest of the time. I’m very social and enjoy staying active with yoga and badminton, as well as spending time with friends, cooking, or exploring the city. I’d love to create a relaxed, friendly vibe at home where we can chat at the end of the day but also respect each other’s space when needed.

I’d prefer someone who isn’t working from home all week but I’m open to discussing what works best for both of us.
