Big room in beautiful friendly house

Sadly I’m moving out of this lovely house in Cambridge to start a new job in London, but that frees up this lovely room that I’ve called home for the past 2 years!

The room: The room is unfurnished, however, it comes with a huge amount of storage space provided by the built in wardrobes. It’s the biggest room in the house and therefore is slightly more expensive than the others.

The house: We are lucky enough to have a big living room, dining room, conservatory, and a beautiful garden that backs onto a park. The kitchen and utility have new appliances that includes an American fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The current housemates: You’ll be living with Josh, Carolina and Zephie. We’d be looking tire t the room to a guy to even the split again. We like to hang out & have chats in the shared spaces, go to pub quizzes or cook together, but we also respect each others space! The house has been home to lots of lovely housemates over the two years I’ve lived there and has been a home with friends rather than just a HMO.
