Location:
-At the end of Mill Road, with great restaurants, brunch places, cocktail bar etc just a short walking distance.
-Also close to the big Sainsbury's for big shop or late-night cravings
- In between
- Cycling distance to nearby retail park & 3mins to the bus stop straight to the centre
- Quiet neighbours, especially the one above us who also brings homemade treats

Practicalities:
-Available to view from Saturday 26th October, and available to move in Saturday/Sunday 24th & 25th November.
-Bills are £200 each for a bi-weekly cleaner, internet, TV licence, Electricity & Gas, Water and council tax band C
