Single Room on Wileman Way in lovely Eddington available for rent to University of Cambridge staff only. Video tour is available on request, and I'm happy to arrange in-person viewings too!

Available until February 2026 prospectively for a clean and tidy housemate looking to live in a chilled out environment with a friendly fellow professional at the university.

Includes kitchen/living room and bathroom shared with myself only. The available bedroom currently has a single bed (space for a double though), built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. Space is also available for a desk to be added to the room. Other rearrangements of furniture currently in the room are open to discussion too.

To qualify for housing at Eddington, applicants must be employed by the University or Colleges or one of the following Affiliated Institutions:

· Wellcome Trust
· University of Cambridge Primary School
Students (undergraduates, post graduates and Visiting Scholars) are not eligible to apply to live at Eddington.
