The fully furnished annexe is above the garage to the main house and has 3 separate rooms plus shower room all for private use:

Kitchen area with microwave, fridge, air fryer, kettle and toaster. Small dining table.

Double bedroom with walk in wardrobe.

Electric heating to be paid by tenant. Wi-Fi and all other utilities included.

We are a working couple whose children have recently left home and are finding the house bigger than our needs. We are looking to rent on a Monday to Friday basis, however the annexe is for the tenant’s sole use and belongings can be left over weekends. Occasional weekend stays may be possible by prior agreement.
