Spacious double attic conversion room in Cambridge

We have an attic room available to rent in our three-bedroom semi-detached house in southern Cambridge. We are open to long-term or short-term tenancies. Many personality types welcome but please be quiet after 11pm!

All housemates are both fluent in English and my wife also speaks Chinese. We have a housecat who is very sweet and super soft. He's also very cuddly in the winter. We also have a small flock of runner ducks in the back garden (5 ducks).

Everyone is employed full time, so if you would like to arrange a viewing I would suggest evenings or weekends so you can meet your potential future housemates!

My wife runs art classes from our garden studio. We both like cooking and we do semi-regular "house meals" where we cook something special and invite the whole household (eg: hotpot, pizza, etc).

The attic room has a short ceiling towards the edges, but unless you're abnormally tall and clumsy, I think it's perfectly fine. I lived there for 2 years and I'm 6ft tall.
