Large double room on Hills road

I am moving out of my lovely room in Cambridge and would like to find someone to replace me by 1st November (although there’s some flexibility on this)

The house comes with a shared kitchen, living room and garden, plus 3 toilets and 2 shower rooms.
The bedroom is large, bright and fully furnished with 2 wardrobes, a desk and a bed. It’s on the ground floor and faces a main road; However, I find the room has good sound insulation so the main road is not a big problem.

The rent is £568.50 per month. Bills are not included in the rent. They come to around £80 per month on average. This means the total comes to around £650 per month.

The house has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. All of us met on spare room- we get on well and always respect each others personal space. There is also a lovely cat, who belongs to one of the housemates 😊

The current house mates are a mix of PhD student and professionals.
Please note: if you are a professional, you will be splitting the cost of council tax with one other house mate (this is approx £145 a month each).

We have a group contract which runs from august to august, so I am looking for someone to replace my name on the contract as soon as possible (our landlady is happy with this arrangement).
