Hi, I'm looking for a female tennant to share my house house in Cambridge. It's a modern, tidy, friendly home and I'm a pretty chilled housemate.
The house is very close to the city centre, science park and train station. There is a community centre with a very reasonable cafe, only a 2 minute walk. Local shops are about a 10 minute walk away.

Its a double sized furnished room with a double bed, but for single occupancy only. Furniture also includes a desk, chair, mirror, bedside table, chest of drawers, bookcase clothes rail and tv

All bills are included. Gas, electric, water, council tax (band C) WiFi and TV licence

The house has recently been refurbished with a new kitchen and bathroom (shared)
