En-suite room

I have this lovely En-suite double room with a high finishing standard for you, fully finished with a desk& chair, bookcase, bedside table & lamp, wardrobe, etc.). Apart from the bedroom, you will have a kitchen/utility room and garden to spare.
You will find easy access to the train station ( 15 minutes walk), the town centre ( 20 minutes walking ) and local shops just nearby. Also, available off-street parking around the property and a secured lock place for bikes in the front yard. All bills are included in the rent, with no extra fee to pay.
A little more of us :) You’d expect a family house ( my 12-year-old boy and working couple ). You’ll also see my other lodger, who is working professionally in Cam. I’d like to have someone who feels a family environment, enjoys their routine and doesn’t mind a chill together sometimes.
Work/study reference, ID copy and deposit are needed to rent the room. The deposit will be back to you when you leave your accommodation.
