En-suite master room- per day rate

I have this lovely En-suite family double room with a high finishing standard for you, fully finished with a desk& chair, bookcase, bedside table & lamp, wardrobe, Telly). It is perfect for your short visit.
You will find easy access to the train station (15 minutes' walk), the town centre (20 minutes' walk), and local shops just nearby. Also, available off-street parking around the property. All bills are included for the day rate of £95 with no extra fee to pay.
We are a small family with a young teenager. I’d like to have someone respectful and friendly.
We would expect some reference check before confirming the booking, such as ID and purpose of planned visit \ invitation and 1 week deposit are needed for booking for a week. The deposit will be returned to you when you leave your accommodation.
