Bills included | Triple room in 4 bedroom house

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a 4 bedroom house located a 5 min walk away from the centre of Cambridge, opposite colleges such as St Edmund’s and Murray Edwards.

Rent is £775 a month (roughly £178 a week) and includes all bills, internet, and a weekly clean of communal areas. The tenancy runs until the end of July, and November’s rent is already paid for so rent is payable from 1 December but happy for you to move whenever suits, either before or after.

You’ll be sharing the house with 3 other Cambridge masters students and you’ll have the largest room in the house to yourself (a triple!). There are two separate toilets and showers, a massive kitchen (meaning you’ll have an entire fridge to yourself), a living/common room, and a shared garden. It also comes fully furnished with bedsheets, cutlery/kitchen equipment and there is also a washing machine.

Ideally looking for someone under 30 just to make my housemates more comfortable as they are all young students.
