Double room for professional!

A furnished double bedroom in a friendly household. Room has a double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

The house has good shared spaces comprising of an open plan kitchen, dining room and living room (the kitchen is really nice if you enjoy cooking on a gas hob!). Very Large garden with patio for barbecues and a productive pear tree - which can be picked and eaten during autmumn. Shed used for extra storage and bikes. Bathroom with shower and bath.

Bills are not included and shared between all three tenants. House is double glazed throughout with gas central heating. Council tax is £155 split between the three and utility bills go for around £60 each.

Deposit is approximately £807 which is greater than 5 weeks rent. However original rent price has been reduced for this room due to its smaller size compared to other rooms in the house.

A bit about the housemates:
I've enjoyed living with Avi for the past two years and the most recent addition Rahul. They're respectful and kind housemates. Living together we have had space to do our own lives but also plan the occasional event together (pub visits, barbecues, movie visits and shared dinners)

Avi is an avid runner who's been improving his marathon time. He likes plants and travelling with his partner. He currently works at Sanger institute and holds unwillingly the title of office excel wizard.

Rahul enjoys intellectual conversations, cooking and movies. He is passionate about the gym and is currently part of a research team at the the University of Cambridge. He is currently in the process of looking to do a PhD in neuroscience.
