Double room in friendly Mill Rd houseshare

Hi! We're looking for someone to take over my room as I'm leaving in mid-December. Current household is 2 males and 2 females. Female tenants preferred to keep the current balance, thanks!

The house is just off Mill Road, 2 mins to the Co-op and super close to loads of fantastic pubs, cafes and restaurants. The station is a 15-20 min walk away and the centre of town 25 mins. Mill road is a lovely, vibrant area to live with a safe and friendly vibe.

The double room is really bright, on the first floor and faces the garden. Part furnished: comes with a wardrobe, drawers and bookshelf but NOT a bed/mattress. (The white furniture in the photos basically).

The bathroom is shared between 3, with a shower cubicle and separate bath, all modern fittings. We have a cosy shared living room, big kitchen and large garden with patio which is great in the summer!

I've loved living here and am really sad to leave - we all get on really well and it's been the most fun houseshare I've lived in. We're looking for someone easy-going, friendly, sociable, clean and tidy who respects the shared areas of the house. We tend to come together in the evening to hang out while cooking which we'd like to replicate schedule-wise. Please send a little about yourself and what you like to do!
