We are looking to fill a spare spot in our lovely house on Oxford Road. We are currently 4 flatmates, 3 girls and 1 guy, all working professionals. We are all really friendly and get along well, some of us have been in the house for a couple of years.

Looking for someone easy going, sociable and clean. The room is on the first floor looking into the back garden. We have a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. All furniture shown included and bills are included in the rent, except for a cleaning fee which is £30 every 8 weeks. The flat has a washing machine, tumble dryer, and is in a great location: only a 20 minutes walk into town.
