Double room in friendly houseshare

The room is in a very friendly four person houseshare (3 people living here at the moment) with a living room which is joined to the large kitchen, where we often socialise while cooking/having dinner in the evenings. We sometimes play boardgames or watch TV together and occasionally host mutual friends for dinner as a house.

Three of the tenants are vegetarian/vegan, and all of us are women, but we have no particular preference for the gender of the new housemate. We are all professionals, three from science backgrounds and one teacher. The house is fairly clean and tidy and we would appreciate someone who can contribute to that.

The room is upstairs and shares a bath/shower room with the two other upstairs rooms, there is a large garden with a bike shed, and we have a washing machine and dryer but no dishwasher.

We look forward to meeting potential new housemates!

Note: the rent includes council tax but not other bills, which we pay through a billing service that currently charges £94 a month.

The room is fully furnished and has a double bed.

The house is bright and is close to the Science Park, Cambridge North Train Station and 12 mins by bike and regular bus service to the City Centre, perfect for if you work either way!

Two local COOPs and two pubs are a short walking distance away.
