Hello! Partly furnished single room in a lovely 3-bedroom house, with shared living room, large kitchen, bathroom and a nice back garden. The room is spacious, gets lots of sunlight as it's in the upper floor, has a double bed (which can you buy from previous tenant or can be moved out) and two additional built in cupboards where you can store loads.
We are two female professionals in our early 30s looking for a tidy and respectful person to join our friendly house. It's located just off Mill road, 9 min walk from central rail station (CB1) and 5 min walk from the Beehive centre (Asda, M&S supermarkets, Costa cafe, TKmaxx, b&m home store, atm withdrawals etc). There is a gas central heating, waching machine, dishwasher and discounted council tax and utility bills are not included in the price.
