A Double Room In All Female 4 Bed Shared House

Hi,

A double room will be available in our ALL FEMALE 4 bed shared house. We ONLY ACCEPT FEMALE tenants.

We are sociable female professionals who have varied hobbies (crocheting, running, cooking, baking). We enjoy each other’s company but also respect personal space.

The room will be available around the first week of January.

The room comes unfurnished and I prefer for a potential tenant that would be willing to pay for the furnitures already in the room (£350 for a bed frame, mattress, desk, office chair, 3 doors wardrobe, and chest of drawers that are relatively new and in a good condition).
