Large double room (first 2 images but can negotiate) for rent in 2 bed house as my current lovely house mate is off to Barcelona.
Really lovely place with big garden, off street parking and garage and ideally join on the tenancy too.
As she is moving you maybe discuss furniture etc for the room.
Bills not included but approx £250 pcm.

I'm just looking to live with someone clean, respectful and easy company. I do have a cat so you must be happy and ideally like them too as he loves attention.
