The house is situated less than ten minutes from Cambridge station. It is also very accessible to the town centre in around 10-15 minutes. The house has a garage ideal for easy bike storage, a modern kitchen, and generous living room. Current housemates are clean and tidy and very pleasant, always up for a friendly chat but respect personal time and space. The house is technically unfurnished but it will come fully furnished from myself and previous tenants at no extra charge. Council tax band E but currently qualify for discount.
