Looking for someone to replace my flatmate who is moving cities. His room is available from February 15th . A decent sized double room. Flat has 1 shared bathroom and a shared living room and kitchen. The room will be unfurnished except for a wardrobe and a bedside table. Living room and kitchen are fully furnished and have all the essentials. Lounge is a good size with a comfy sofa.

Rent is £700 a month without bills. Council tax is about £100 a month and other bills typically cost between £60-100 each. So between £850-900 total.

Flat is kept in good condition and doesn't get dirty. Ideal flatmate wouldn't be too messy. Open to applicants of all ages and genders, just drop me a message on here and ill get back to you asap.

Flatmate (me) is friendly enough. I'm easy to get along with and don't make too much noise. Always up for a drink or a day out somewhere, and would ideally want someone fairly social to move in with. I also have all the TV subscriptions so you can save a few quid on Netflix etc.

Current 1 year tenancy agreement is due to end on Feb 15th and will be a monthly rolling contract after this with a 2 month notice period to cancel. I'm looking for someone interested in replacing my flatmate and I assume the contract would continue as normal as a monthly rolling deal. The lettings agent will contact the landlord to confirm this once I have found someone. They may also ask to do another fixed term contract or cancel completely. I need to contact them before December 17th.
