Bright En-Suite Double Room in Modern Garden Annex

This en-suite double bedroom is perfect for professionals or short-term visitors. The room is part of a newly built garden annexe shared with one other en-suite double bedroom (occupied part-time by family visitors). Adjacent to a family home of two adults (one employed by Uni of Cambs) and 3 children (aged between 7 and 11). Located in the CB4 area, next to Cambridge Science Park: 10 minute walk/5 minute bike ride from Cambridge North train station, 2 minute walk to Citi 1 and 2 bus stops, 10 minute bike ride/20 minute bus journey to city centre. There is a co-op shop for groceries, a post office, and a pub all at the end of the street. All bills and wifi are included, and use of our spare bike is free (Refundable £150 deposit required). We will provide all bedding, towels, and kitchen utensils. Languages spoken: English, Italian, Spanish. Minimum stay: 1 month.

The bedroom is designed for flexibility and comfort, featuring a day bed that can be configured in multiple ways: as a single bed, as a twin with a second single bed stored underneath, or as a double when both are pushed together. It offers ample storage, including five built-in wardrobes, a chest of drawers, and a bedside table. A dedicated workspace is also provided, complete with a desk, chair, and lockable pedestal for added security.

Shared Kitchenette/Dining/Laundry Area:
Kitchenette and Dining area: Occasionally shared with visiting family. Equipped with sink, microwave, kettle, toaster, small countertop electric oven/hob, dining room table and chairs. Note: small space, not suitable for cooking for more than two people.
Laundry Facilities: Washing machine, tumble dryer, and gym equipment. Our family live in the main house and use this space for laundry and gym use.
Bike Included: Free use of a bike, helmet, lock, and lights for convenient travel around Cambridge.
All-Inclusive Rent: Covers utilities, WiFi, and council tax.
