Double room in a spacious, sociable house

We're 23 - 26 year old post-grad students & professionals (2 female, 1 male) with a lovely double bedroom available February.

We're a friendly bunch looking for someone who is neat, friendly and easy-going to complete our house, joining 3 housemates who've been here around 3 months.

We love a clean and inclusive home, but also enjoy being spontaneous... but also lazy too!

The decent sized double is situated on the ground floor where you'll be sharing a spacious bathroom with one other male, who occupies the other downstairs room.

We have a large family kitchen with loads of storage and an awesome gas range! An impressive sized living / dining room with comfy sofas, perfect for midweek movie nights. Our outside garden area has a BBQ, green overhangs and deckchairs - a lovely social area for when summer eventually swings around! Locked bike storage around the back.

Located a 10 minute cycle from city centre. We are minutes away from Stourbridge Common, Aldi and the Cambridge retail park.

Rent is £580 plus bills (usually around £100-£150)
