One doble room available in Castle Street

Hi! I’m looking for a new flatmate to replace my current one, who is leaving at the end of March as our contract for the flat ends then. The agency needs me to confirm the new tenant by the end of this month, so I need to find someone soon.

The flat is on the first floor and located on Castle Street, about 15 minutes from the city center. It’s very bright, even on cloudy days. It’s small but cozy, with two bedrooms. The available room is the largest and has a built-in wardrobe.

I’m looking for someone who’s calm, clean, and tidy, preferably a non-smoker. It would be great if you’re around my age so we can get along better 😬. I work at a law firm with office hours Monday to Friday, so if you work remotely, you’ll have the flat to yourself in the mornings.

The rent is around £930 per month, including rent, bills, and council tax. The contract would be for a year, but there’s an option to leave after six months.
