Small room in our house share available

A room in our 4 person househare is available from Feb 20. The room is small and equipped with a bunk bed to make more efficient use of the space. It comes with desk, chair and two cupboards.. The shared facilities include a bathroom (shower, toilet), an additional toilet, kitchen, living/dining room and a terrace. There is also some communal storage space.

We are a sociable household, having weekly house dinners and are regularly found hanging out in our cozy living room. Occasionally, we also do other stuff - from a pub trip to a formal. Currently, we are two PhD students and one professional from various countries. Viewings are possible from January 26 onwards.

Council tax (band D) is shared between all eligible occupants of which there is currently one other (students are exempt). The tenancy ends on 19th September, but two of us are staying in Cambridge so extension could be discussed with the landlady.
