I am moving out of this lovely house just at the top of castle hill. The room is available from 1st February.

The house is a good sized victorian terrace, double glazed and well decorated throughout. The location is really good, less than a 10 minute walk to Aldi and a 15 minute walk into the centre of town. There is a large living room/dining room. The kitchen comes with lots of storage and a dishwasher. The large garden has a secure shed for locking up bikes and is lovely for BBQs in the summer. The bathroom has a separate bath and walk in shower.

The room is a large, light double bedroom on the first floor, with two large built in wardrobes. The room comes unfurnished but I am happy to sell on the mattress, book shelf, and chest of drawers to the next tenant.

The current housemates are Susie and Evie, both 29 and working in research. They are both social and are interested in nature, gym, cooking, foraging, crafts. The house currently has a homely feel, and Susie and Evie are looking for someone who also wants their house share to feel like a home.

Bills are managed by, and split equally between, the tenants. Bills come to approximately £125-£130 a month (Energy- £104, Water- £60, Internet- £22, Council tax (band D)- £187). The landlord is a private landlord.
