Description
Please feel free to approach with questions - I will honestly tell you both the possible downsides and the many advantages of the place.
I am a young professional working at the UniOfCam fulltime, I socialise a lot outside of the house and only occasionally invite people over; at home I mostly keep to myself and get my rest quietly, but it doesn't mean I can imagine being strangers with a new housemate, it will be important for me that we can get along and have a friendly catch up now and then.
The other housemate will soon start a degree in Cambridge and has 2 sociable lazy indoor cats.
Looking for a 3rd person to share this semi-detached house with (the house is originally a 2 bedroom one, but we increased the capacity by turning the living room into another bedroom, where I sleep - yet it still preserves it's function as a shared space, it's just a matter of chatting about more desruptive activities, like get-togethers with friends and such in advance. I am quite often out in evenings)
I cannot recommend the property enough! I have spent more than 3 years here and have grown quite attached. (just wait till spring when the cherry tree in the garden blooms!)
The place has been renovated not that long ago, has good central gas heating, has been kept clean and tidy and I would love to keep it that way!
Our landlord is very nice, responsive and quick to help. This is a semi-detached house, with the landlord living across the wall.
The place is fully furnished, including all the necessary kitchen equipment: cooking pans, utensils, glassware, dishes etc. In term of appliances; there is washing machine with a drier function, electric hob + oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a toaster. I would also be glad to share my food processor.
A nice shared bathroom where you don't need to worry about mould!
We have been keeping our bikes in the garden - we don't lock them, and there hasn't been any issues in the past 3 years.
In general my requirements towards a new tenant would be for us to match value wise, respect each others' boundaries, be able to communicate when issues arise and ideally carry on with the current regular tidy-up schedule. It would be appreciated if you could give me a short intro about yourself when getting in touch :)

Broadband is covered by the rent, but other bills aren't. The current (spring/summer) share per person (if 3 tenants) is £97.3 monthly.
