There is no deposit, so you can be certain that you won't lose one at the end of your tenancy ;) I take time to get the room rented as I am careful with who I rent it to and try to ensure right people live in the house.

The house is situated in a quiet area, approx. 7 min walk to Science park, good access to A14, nearby citi1 bus stop, guided bus stop and Cambridge North train station.
The house is quiet (no parties) and fully furnished, warm in winter. It is equipped with BT Infinity broadband, TV and standard amenities.
