The bedroom available is on the ground floor, and comes unfurnished.
Large kitchen, garden, and cosy living room.
Recently refurbished bathroom.
Bills come to around £150 a month (gas, electricity, water, council tax, wifi). Council Tax band D.
We are both professionals who enjoy socialising, but we also respect each other's space.

Please bear in mind that one of the housemates has a cat, so this house is not suitable for people with pet allergies.
