We’re looking for a new housemate to join our friendly and respectful home. The available room is a spacious and bright double room on the ground floor of our shared house. You’ll be living with three other housemates in a welcoming and sociable environment.

🏡 About the House:
• Large living/dining room – perfect for relaxing or socialising

• Fully equipped kitchen
• Bathroom + separate toilet
• A lovely shared space where we balance social time and personal space

📍 Location:
Newmarket Road, Cambridge
• Just 30 seconds from the bus stop for Route 3
• 10-minute walk to Cambridge’s main shopping area
• Small local shops just 2 minutes away

💰 Rent:

• double room £700 per month (bills excluded) *Available now*
• Additional shared costs
(~£40-£50 max) for cleaning, gardening (mainly in summer), and household essentials

Who We’re Looking For:

* No under 25 years old
* No smoker

We’d love to find a responsible and considerate housemate who values respect for others and shared spaces. Our home is more than just a place to sleep—we enjoy creating a warm and comfortable living environment together. We occasionally share meals and help each other with household tasks while also respecting quiet time and personal space.
