Double loft room in modern family home

The room is on the top floor, with lovely views over the back gardens. It’s been recently repainted and has a fresh, comfortable feel. The room also includes a large TV with access to streaming services for your convenience.

This is not a house share arrangement but you will have use of the following:

A modern, well-sized bathroom, shared with just one other person.
Kitchen, for morning tea/coffee and the occasional dinner prep. Not for hosting or entertaining though.
Garden for relaxation and to park/lock up a bike.

All bills are included.

We are looking for a professional who is mature, considerate, tidy and keeps fairly regular working hours. Since two of us work from home, this would suit someone who doesn’t work remotely.

Location (Milton Road):
- Less than a mile (about 5 minutes by bike) to Cambridge Science Park, Business Park, and the guided busway.
- 1 mile (5–6 minutes by bike) to Cambridge North train station.
- Under 2 miles (around 12 minutes by bike) to the city centre.
- Less than a mile to the river, Stourbridge Common, and Ditton Fields.
- Bus stops right outside.

There’s also space in the garden to store a bike.
