This advert is a little unusual! As you get 2 rooms for the price of one.
One room takes a double bed and has a large wardrobe and the second room can have a varied use to suit your need as could be used a an office, storage, yoga space etc
The bedroom is on the first floor and the other room is on the ground floor
The double bed could be swapped for a single bed if required as room is for single occupancy only

We are looking for a friendly person to join our house-share from now. We are 4 professionals mostly in our 30s. The house is spacious and relaxed and we like board games, quizzes and hanging out in the garden.

The house is on Milton Road, with easy access to the centre of Cambridge. Very close to Jesus Green and Midsummer Common, with shops, cafes etc on your doorstep.

The house is large with loads of character- we love living here. It has a shared sitting room, a large kitchen, two bathrooms, and a big garden great for summer BBQs. Bikes are kept behind a locked side gate.

All bills, including council tax, WiFi and TV license, are included in the rent.

The rooms together provide a good amount of space, and overlook Milton Road. Our departing housemate has lived here over a year, but is moving in with girlfriend
