Single room near Cherry Hinton/Addenbrookes/ARM

We have shortly have our single room available to rent in our semi-detached house in southern Cambridge. Many personality types welcome but please be quiet after 11pm!

Room 3: Single bedroom (Available 8th September)

At the moment, it is just me and my wife living in the house. We are both fluent in English but she also speaks Chinese. We have a housecat who is very sweet and super soft. He's also very cuddly in the winter. I am currently employed full time (normal 9-5 office job, no WFH) and my wife runs art classes from our garden studio. We both like cooking and would be open to having meals together, but you can of course have your own food and fridge/cupboard space.

By September we are expecting two other housemates to have moved in. We've had 5+ people living in the house before and it's all relatively smooth so long as no one takes an 8am half-hour shower!

- 15 minutes cycle into town or Addenbrookes, or 10 minutes to train station.
- The location is close to the #1, #2, and #3 bus routes for easy transport to Addenbrookes or central Cambridge.
- Blackout curtains combined with blinds ensure a good night's sleep
- Full-fibre broadband, and an ethernet cable routed to the each room means fast and consistent connectivity - would be good for home-workers
