Large double room in new clean new build house

Hello! I am renting out a large double room in my clean and tidy new build house. There is a co-op two minutes away, lovely walks by the river in Fen Ditton, good cycle and bus links around the city and not far from a big Tesco, Lidl and Sainsbury's.

The room has a super king bed and a large built in wardrobe. The house has two toilets, a large kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine) and open plan living area, a small garden with a shed, and plenty of space to park.

It's a fairly quiet house, me and the other tenent both work and have busy social lives.

The room would suit a professional or mature student who is tidy and respectful, and also likes to chat and share a meal from time to time.
