Double room in CB1

We have a double room in our quiet, comfortable Edwardian home close to Cambridge Biomedical Campus, City Centre and Railway Station. There are many different shops and cafes nearby and we are on main bus routes.

The room is available ideally for Monday to Friday let. however short term 7 days a week let will also be considered for higher rent.

Use of shared bathroom, kitchen, living area and garden. Parking available most days in lay-by outside the property and space for bike.

We are looking for someone quiet who needs somewhere to stay when:
- working in Cambridge during the week
- studying short term in Cambridge e. g. 2/3 months
- visiting Cambridge
