Double room in CB1

We have a double room in our quiet, comfortable Edwardian home close to Cambridge Biomedical Campus, City Centre and Railway Station. There are many different shops and cafes nearby and we are on main bus routes.

The room is available ideally between Monday and Friday, however, short term 7 days a week let will also be considered and rent negotiated depending on the number of days or months.

Use of shared bathrooms, kitchen, living area and garden. Parking available most days in lay-by outside the property and space for bike.

We are looking for someone quiet and respectful who needs somewhere to stay when:
- working in Cambridge during the week (2-5 days)
- studying short term in Cambridge e. g. 2/3 months
- visiting Cambridge
