Lodger Room Short Term Let

The house is a 1930s terrace house, just off Mill Road. My wife and I bought the house last September and have been renovating it. The house was previously used as a student house and was in need of a bit of TLC. The lodger room is on the ground floor and has its own access via a shared alleyway. There is a downstairs loo and an upstairs shared bathroom. There is some ongoing decoration work in the shared parts of house, however the lodgers room has been recently decorated and has a double bed, desk, chair, chest of drawers, and clothes rail, with a view of the back garden.
