Flatmates for 3 bed flat

I've seen a 3 bed flat in the chesterton area (near high street/the river, i really like. I'm not currently living here, there just wasn't an accurate option on spare room. The flat has 3 double bedrooms, a kitchen, and a communal lounge.

One of the rooms is an ensuite and all have build in wardrobes (otherwise unfurnished). The tenancy would need to begin mid/late April onwards and is a 6 month contract. For reference the rent listed is for the non ensuite rooms, ensuite would likely be ~£730.
Room sizes:
Bedroom 1 (ensuite) - 13'10" x 11'5"
Bedroom 2 - 11'5" x 8'7"
Bedroom 3 - 9'7" x 8'3"

Council tax band D. Bills expected to be ~£110-140 each
