The room is available at £750 per month, and with bills and other expenses (Council Tax Band F and Wi-Fi), the total comes to around £900. House is in Cherry Hinton road close to Coleridge Road, and you’d get a big private bathroom just outside the room.
We’re friendly, easygoing, and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere at home. Ideally, we’d love someone who’s sociable, responsible, and happy to keep the place clean and comfortable.
