Hi, I’m subletting a Classic Studio (1B1B) at Abodus Student Living – Castle Hill, located at 3 Histon Road, CB4 3BF, from 14th June to 13th September.

The studio includes a double bed, a private bathroom and kitchen equipped with two electric cookers, an oven, fridge, freezer, and microwave. The room is fully furnished with a wardrobe, cabinets, under-bed storage, manual heater, desk, and chair.

All utilities (electricity, water, etc.) and WiFi are included in the rent (£333/week).

The building features 24/7 reception (parcel collection available), common areas, laundry room, free gym, bike storage, and elevator. It’s in a prime location—20 minutes’ walk or 10 minutes by bus to city centre (passing Sainsbury’s, Co-Op, M&S), 5–20 minutes to West Cambridge and the train station by bike or bus, with bus routes 4 and 8 nearby. Parks and colleges are within 5 minutes’ walk, and the area is very safe. The contract will be signed directly with the official student accommodation website for security. Students only.
