I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a 2 bedroom flat as I am moving. The current tenancy is until 17th August 2025 but that is usually renewed in June for another year. The other occupant is a 29 year old male researcher at Addenbrookes. I can arrange for you to meet him or have a video call.

The room comes unfurnished but comes with a large built in wardrobe. There is space for a double bed, storage and a large desk. It comes with an ensuite showerroom.

There is a modern kitchen with induction hobs, a large oven and separate fridge + freezer. This is combined with the main living space. I will be taking the table, chairs, coffee table, and television with me. The rest will be left so you will need to speak to my flatmate about buying new items.

Balcony overlooking a fairly busy roundabout but with the doors shut you can't hear the traffic. Plenty of space for plants if that's your thing.

Flat is on top of a Co-op and 10 min walk to a Sainsbury's. 15-20min walk to the station and 30 min walk to Addenbrookes hospital. Both can be reached in under 10min by bike.

There is an allocated parking space which I use currently so will be available to you. It is located in a gated car park behind the building. There is also a private bike shed.

Price does not include bills. I estimate bills (including energy, water, broadband and council tax) to be around £150 per month but this will go up as energy prices rise.
