Double Room in Arbury

Hi! We have an unfurnished room available in our clean and tidy 4-bed house in Arbury, available from March 1st. The 1st floor room has its own sink and looks out onto the back garden. You are free to decorate it as you wish - most of us have repainted our rooms! We would prefer female housemate. Thank you for understanding.

It's £500 a month, which includes rent, all bills (council tax band E), and a small house fund contribution (used for cleaning supplies, repairs, etc). The social space of the house is large, with both a living room and a conservatory. The house also has a garage to store all our bikes (and miscellaneous gardening equipment..).

The house is directly opposite a corner shop and is a 15 min cycle from the north science park and the town centre. There is also a bus stop just outside for easy access to town, and an Aldi within walking/cycling distance.

We are a relaxed and tidy group (formed of a gardener, a shop assistant and a student) looking for someone to join us in making our house a home! We like to decorate and take care of our house, as well as respect each others time and space.
