Hi. I have a room with double bed and chest of drawers in a lovely ground floor flat in a gated community with easy access to Addenbrookes, supermarket and train station. I am a live in landlord and looking for a lodger to join me. There is a private and shared garden available and a small outside storage space. Shared living room with big TV, guitars and keyboard. Would suit musicians.
Off road parking can be provided if absolutely necessary. I'd have to give up my space but happy to do for the right person.
It is possible to add extra furniture (wardrobe/desk/hanging rail etc..) on request.
Although on Mill Rd, the property is set away from the main road and is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The neighbours are friendly and there is a sense of community here. Don't be put off by the drum kit it doesn't get played.
There is a pub just opposite and the Edge cafe is right next door where you can pick up free food most mornings.
