Hi. I have a room with double bed and chest of drawers in a lovely ground floor flat in a gated community with easy access to Addenbrookes, supermarket and train station. I am a live in landlord and looking for a lodger to join me. There is a private and shared garden available and a small outside storage space. Shared living room with big TV, guitars and keyboard. Would suit musicians.
I have a band practice on the premises every 1 - 2 weeks from 7.30pm to 10pm on random weekdays so any lodger would have to be OK with that.
It is possible to add extra furniture (wardrobe/desk/hanging rail etc..) on request.
Although on Mill Rd, the property is set away from the main road and is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The neighbours are friendly and there is a sense of community here.
