Single bedroom in shared house near station

Room is on the first floor and contains wardrobe, drawers, shelves, desk and a single bed. The house shares a living room with TV and couches, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Amenities are a modern hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, toaster, kettle and 2 fridges and a freezer. There is a well insulated garage locked using the house key with lots of space for bikes etc. We have a nice garden with an apple tree and garden furniture.

We are a 15 minute walk from Cambridge station and nearby to Mill Road shops, the Leisure park, some local Coops, a big Sainsburys supermarket and Addenbrookes hospital.

Housemates from July are a medical student, biology PhD and someone new. The tenancy renews on August 6th so ideally looking for someone to stay the whole year (or 2 if you want!).

Bills are for electricity, gas, water and broadband and come to approximately 50 pounds a month.
