- An end-of-terrace two-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house is recently renovated throughout to a high standard. It consists of open place living room and kitchen with double French doors going into the back garden.
- The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, 4 zone induction hob, extractor hood and electric single oven. We both have our own small fridge.
- There are 2 good sized double bedrooms, one on the ground floor (the room my current housemate is in) and one on the first floor, both looking out to the playground and the open field. The house is set back from the road and the downstairs room has tinted windows.
- There is a cloak room on the ground floor with WC and washbasin; and a bathroom on the first floor with bath and separate shower unit on top, WC and washbasin.
- Boiler cupboard upstairs has space for storage. Gas central heating and new double glazed windows. Walls, floor and roof are all well insulated. EPC rating C. Mains powered and linked fire alarms in all rooms and fire doors throughout.
