Large en-suite room with double bed (included), lots of natural light and in-built storage. Approximately 10/15 minute walk to Cambridge Station and close to Shops, Restaurants and Cafes on Mill Road.

House is made up of students and young professionals. I have loved this room and very sad to leave it behind before I move city so looking for someone friendly and considerate to take my place in the house. Everyone is lovely and enjoys both their own and each other’s company.

Bus stop right outside the house with buses going directly to Addenbrooke’s Hospital (number 2 bus)

Ideal move-in date is 19th May

Rent is £493 pcm
Deposit is 1 month’s rent (£493)
£50 fee to change tenant registered on contract
Bills (not included in rent) vary but on average are around £100/150 pcm (utilities, Wi-Fi, council tax, etc)
