We are looking for a new housemate!

Hello! We are three girls looking for a new housemate to join us in our four-bedroom, one-bathroom house located in CB1. We're just a three-minute walk from Mill Road and a 20-minute to the Beehive Centre, where you can find supermarkets, pharmacies, and retail shops. The house is in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, and there is a well-maintained park just two minutes away. The rent is £625 per month, which includes bills and council tax. The room will be available on the 14th of June with a minimum six-month contract. It is fully furnished, featuring a double bed and a two-door wardrobe. We are looking for someone in their 30s, who is very clean and tidy, does not work from home, and wants to live in a calm and relaxed environment. Let me know if you have any questions :)
