My second floor has a bedroom, an en suite bathroom and a kitchenette (microwave, hob, sink, fridge, extractor fan etc) in a book-lined study, which I occasionally visit to retrieve a book. Other than that, it's yours.
It's very quiet, a ten minute cycle to town and close to Cambridge North. There's a garden. You must love dogs. I have a very sweet-natured dog who will want to be your friend! I also have three hens, and occasionally may ask you to look after them in return for eggs, but this is not obligatory.
This is a peaceful household, and so both landlady and lodger can expect reasonable quiet 10pm -7am.
No overnight guests please.
