The tenancy of the room ends on 2nd of September.
Rent is payed in instalments, i will be paying £1,866 for rent till 1st of August (23/04/2025- 01/08/2025).
Then there will be another payment of £597.12 (01/08/2025- 02/09/2025).
Although i did say the room is available from the 25th of may so £600 would be deducted from the overall price.
So you would have to pay £1,266, and then a payment on august of £597.12.
This would equal to approximately 140-145£ a week.
I do not think uni accepts monthly payments, however, we could maybe arrange it between ourselves, under appropriate circumstances.
The room is on 7 Collier road.
The room is small hence why its cheap, but has everything you need, and theres like a storage cupboard outside of the room too.
