- 2min walk to Cambridge train station
- 2min walk to Tescos/Sainsburys/Co-op, and coffee shops
- 25min walk into town centre
- 30min walk / 10min cycle or bus ride to Addenbrooke's/Biomedical Campus

The flat comes fully furnished with
- a lovely south facing balcony 🌞
- kitchen-come-living room
- shared bathroom
- washing machine/dryer, and a bit of storage space.

You will be sharing the communal areas with one other person (myself). I am 32, female and a doctor based at Addenbrooke's. I am friendly, easy going, clean, and respectful. I like being social and would be keen for the odd coffee/film night/walk :)

Ideally looking for someone who is:
- a working professional
- looking for a long term rental (6+ months)
- social (but this is not a deal breaker)

Your share of the rent and bills would be £975 per month and (approx)£165 per month respectively.
