Flat share - 1 double bedroom available

Hello! We are looking for a housemate who is associated with Cambridge University (post-grad/mature student/postdoc and above) to a double room in a lovely flat by the river. The let goes from the 12th of July 2025 - to the end of June 2026 (11.5 months) The flat has 3 bedrooms and a shared bathroom between the available bedroom and one other bedroom. We are friendly flatmates, love our houseplants, cups of tea and bake off nights. We are looking for people who are happy to socialise/watch tv together etc.

The flat is in CB5 near the Tesco superstore. There is a secure garage with a locked bike shed. The room is furnished and costs £665 per month. This includes WiFi and a cleaner who comes twice a month. There are water bills, electricity bills and council tax to pay on top. There is a deposit - contact us for details.
