This is an ensuite room in a shared house. Total rooms are 6. I am a current tenant and will be leaving on 1st of August,2025.
The house is shared with 5 other females.
Shared living room, shared kitchen.
You will have a fridge and kitchen cupboards for yourself ( not shared with other flatmates). Kitchen has a shared kettle, microwave, and oven/stove. Washing machine and dryer available.
Room is fully furnished. Double bed, 3 small chairs and 1 single sofa. Work desk. Long cupboard. Walk in closet. Chest of drawers.
Ensuite bathroom has a sink toilet and bath tub.
Room's window is towards rear garden. With a nice green view through out the year.

Housemates are very kind and nice. All are professionals. It is a quite household.
10 minutes walking distance to Addenbrooke's hospital and biomedical campus.
Bus station at Addenbrooke's hospital.

Rent includes tax, bills, and internet.

The furniture in video is a little bit different now.

Rent is for 1 month ( to replace me to finish my contract) or for 12 months
