One double bedroom is soon becoming available in our lovely 5-bed house share.
Suitable for one individual (no couples, sorry!).

The house is in an excellent location, based off Mill Road (Romsey). This is a very popular area of Cambridge, with the heart of the city just a 10 minute bike ride/15 - 20 minute walk from the house. You will find many vibrant and international shops, restaurants, and cafes in vicinity. Particularly close to the house, there is a lively pub hosting an array of events throughout the week, and there is a pleasant park just behind the house, perfect for an evening stroll after a busy day.

The house itself is Victorian with a large garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and other standard amenities. There is a w/c adjoining which also contains a washing machine and a tumble dryer. We have a light and comfortable shared sitting room, which includes TV and a dining/light working area at the back. There is also a full bathroom with a shower over bath on the first floor (shared between 3), and a walk-in shower bathroom on the top floor (shared between 2). There is free on street parking outside the house and on neighbouring streets.

We are all professionals aged 26 - 35. We each lead our own lives, however we are a friendly household and enjoy spending an evening together every so often :)

Bright loft conversion with two skylights, overlooking the back garden. Large storage area off of the main room.

The rent is proportionate to the room size, hence the precise figure.

This is a well-loved house-share and we would be looking for people who also want to make it their home, and hang out with the other housemates from time to time.
